Until recently, I was getting 16 downstream channels in my apartment complex, and I was seeing uncorrectable and correctable errors listed on the modem info page and didn't think too much of it. A couple months ago, I've started getting 24 channels (most my modem can handle, not sure if more than that are available). On all of the new channels, I never get any errors, as you can see in the image.

My question is: why are the new channels working without errors but the old channels have errors? Is this something I should get Cox to look into or should I just not worry about it? If I should talk to Cox, what should I tell them specifically that is wrong?
