Just curious if contracts are now a requirement for certain packages/bundles.
I *believe* we are not under a contract. Specified that we did not want one (multiple times), and have confirmed on phone a couple times in the past.
Looking at changing services at end of a 12 mo. promo, and see the "offer grid" page grays out selections to choose from when ticking the "no contract" option.
Personally, I really do not want to sign a contract for cable.
It used to be one of the major selling points of cable vs. Sat.
