Called up cox, they said my modem was all red. Put my cisco from the house that I havent used in a month or 2 since switching to AT&T. They couldnt make it stay active on the account. Kept getting kicked off but it showed green when on.
Got a rental modem from cox, stayed online but still had the packet loss and such. Called up and tier 2 messed with stuff for about 45min and managed to get my cisco to stay online but said signals were still bad.
Contractor came out today for cox and changed all the connectors and barrel connectors on my building, to the back of the modem, also a bunch of ends up on the pole where my wire comes from. Said it went from red to green from cox's testing and showed me on the tablet.
I still have around 2% packet loss on my phone wireless and wired into my PC. PC decided today it now wants full speed upload and almost no download speed. When the PC does this, the speedtest on my phone follows with similar results.
Here are my signals which are basicly the same as before they came. Maybe there is other signals you cannot see in the modem?
