Which Modem?

Have a netgear CG3000D gateway that im giving back to Cox, need to replace my old SB5120 that died, new modem will be connected to an ea4200 router. Suggestions( i am in the Phoenix area) on what may be the best modem for my situation? i am on High Speed Internet Preferred , not likely to upgrade, maybe one level. Thanks
