Is it my modem or Cox?

For about 2 months, maybe longer, I will get periodic drops in connectivity lasting ~10-50 seconds. When I am on Forum, pages will just spin as if they are looking for the site or found the site and are attempting to load, then I may get the ""No Internet Connection"" or ""Unable to load Page"" in Chrome. This is not just a Chrome related issue, as Elder Scrolls Only with toss me back to the login. If I attempt to log in during the periodic outages, it gives me some random errors. After 4-5 attempts, it will finally log me in to the Character server. I have not found a real pattern to the issue. The Modem, does not appear to lose its connection as all lights appear to be unchanged. I thought the issue might have been my switch, so after replacing it 3 weeks ago, the problem still persists. Needed to replace it any how as this is a 10/100/1000 where the previous was a 10/100, so now I have a Blue activity light instead of an orange. The reason I thought it may be the Modem or the switch was that during, at least one, route check(WinMTR64) the first three hops lost packets were all over. The issue cannot be my computer, as it also present on the Android Tablets when my computer is not it use. If there is a Tech that would not mind reviewing my modem or telling me what to check / look for in the DATA pages that would be great. Modem: SurfBoard SB6121 Here is the latest log: [att=1] .
