[AZ] Frequent Dropouts and High RS Uncorrectables

For the past 3-4 weeks, out connection has dropped out 3-4 times per day on average. When it goes down, the lights on the SB6190 indicates it is rebooting and the Internet is restored in 3-5 minutes (the modem lights go out, come on green flashing, and eventually go solid in the appropriate colors). I just had my third tech out to look try and fix the issue. The first tech stated the problem was our analog telephone line and that we needed to be upgraded to the new digital line and have the new box installed. They did that this past Monday, but it has not fixed the issue. The tech that performed the telephone upgrade stated some of our values were in the red and that it was probably noise on the line. Furthermore, he stated he was concerned the RS Uncorrectable values would go into the thousands within minutes of the modem rebooting. I have notice our Tivo Diagnostics screen has high RS Uncorrectables on some of the channels depending on the frequency. The tech this morning replaced the line from the pedestal to the house and put new connectors on the coaxial lines inside the house. Since he left, there have been at least two dropouts, which is what we have been experiencing all along. I called Cox again and the tech stated some of our numbers were in the red and that we definitely had a problem. Here is the SB6190 Status page. Channels 30 and 31 are the ones that have issues with locking the signal and have the high Uncorrectables. [att=1] The first attachment is only a minute after the modem rebooting. [att=2] The second attachment is about 5 minutes later, which has one of the channels showing up as unlocked. I wanted to note I replaced my first SB6190 with a new one on Monday after the telephone hardware was updated (and it has the current firmware). The second technician thought that could be the problem. In addition, I have replaced my wireless router with a wired Cisco RV320 Gigabit Router. Any advice would be appreciated.
