Does Cox have a phone number to call to report issues like open pedestals/down lines/etc? The pedestal outside my condo complex has been open for over two weeks; I'm not sure if a lazy contractor neglected to close it or one of my neighbors is trying to steal cable (not much sense in that, they're all digital here....) but I would presume that Cox would want to know about an issue like this before they have water infiltration or other problems.
Tried to call customer service to report it but the poor woman had no clue what I was talking about. She kept telling me they'd charge me for the truck roll if they couldn't find a problem with my service. Asked for her supervisor, was put on hold, and gave up after 15+ minutes.
