Came across this http://www.cox.com/residential/support/internet/article.cox?articleId=b2ec95d0-7ef9-11df-5590-000000000000 and found that a Cox purchased SB6183 is stated to be compatible with ALL packages, where as a third party purchased SB6183 is stated to only be compatible up to Ultimate. This begs the question "what the hell!?"
