i have the 100/10 tier and for the past few weeks i get no more than 30 Mbps. the uploads speeds are fine, but the download speeds are worse during the peak hours where it struggles to get 3 Mbps.
i have an SB6141 modem with a netgear X6 r8000 router. my modem signals for the download stream are around 38 db for the SNR and -2dBmV for the power level.
a few weeks ago i would be able to get up to 85 Mbps on a 5 Ghz wifi band with this setup. i tried rebooting several times, same issue. i've never had a cox tech come out. is there anything i can do to before i call cox?
