I have a cablecard setup using a Ceton InfiniTV and SA1520 tuning adapter with the standard issue Cox cablecard.
I pay for HBO and get almost all of the channels, but cannot ever tune HBOHD (ch 1300) or HBO Comedy HD. I can tune all of the other HBO channels including the west coast HBO feed and SD HBO (ch 300).
I swapped out the TA at the request of customer support, but it made no difference. The logs for the ceton show that channel 1300 maps to a fairly low frequency (I believe it is 440MHz) and I don't seem to have any other signal related issues (my cable modem signal is awesome and the Ceton is happy with everything else). The logs simply say "Failed to get pat" and the tuner gives up. This all started shortly after moving service from a rental to the home I purchased.
Anybody experienced an issue like this before? Anything I can do aside from paying for a truck roll so a tech can hook up and say "yep, your signal looks fine, this is not our problem"?
