My area in Hampton Roads just recently had the Premier speeds increased to 150 down 10 up but I am still seeing around 100 down.
I went out and got a SB6183 yesterday to replace my SB6121 and still no increase in speed. Tried plugging modem straight into the computer bypassing my Netgear WNDR4500v2 router but still the same. This computer is hardwired Ethernet not wireless.
I tried calling tech support and they seemed to have no clue.
I see overnight it downloaded the latest firmware D30CM-OSPREY-1.5.0.1-GA-01-NOSH
and I also looked at the config file where it looks like the caps are set right (around 165 down with 175 burst speeds and around 10 up with 25burst speeds)...

Can any of the Cox techs here take a look and see why I am not seeing at least 150 on speed tests? They seem to top out around 110 down and 11 up
Here are my signal levels
