Had the same issues on my old modem which is why I got a new modem and new router. Relatively new service about a month old and same shit as always. Always a different answer from their "Tech Support" (lol) and techs that come out say its good but thats cuz they come out here in the day. And then they wanna charge me $200 for the 4 different techs to come out and say its good now. Zero help. Hell I even (somehow) got a hold of a tier 2 server tech(?) who told me its a firmware issue with my modem.
