Hello all,
I could use some opinions in interpreting an online order for Contour TV and Premier Internet service. I had recently canceled TV service and was only paying for Internet Preferred. I saw an online offer as shown in the picture.
Internet pricing is worded as follows:
Charges: Internet Premier $76.99
Discounts: Internet for $5/month for 12 months: $71.99
So the net for Internet Premier on this offer is $5, and with the TV service comes out to the $61.48/month as shown.
Question is with the phrase "Internet for $5/month for 12 months". Is this how Cox words their usual $5/month tier upgrade promo? There is a clause saying "Excludes charges for existing Cox services" but I would respond that Internet Premier service is a replacement for instead of being in addition to my current Internet Preferred service. Should I be factoring in the charge for Internet Preferred on top of the $61.48 per month offer?
Thanks in advance.
