This is probably not a Cox issue but I figured it would not hurt to throw the question out there before I started looking into replacement CPE.
IPv6 is up and working on my HSI connection, on any of my lan devices I can go to test-ipv6.com and get a 10/10. Web browsing and all that works great. What I cannot do is hit any of my LAN devices from the outside -- I suspect this may be due to my Netgear WNDR4000
Example - I have a Ubuntu Server running HTTP on port 82 and HTTPS on 443, I can get to both of them via a Web Browser from outside my network on IPv4 using my Cox DHCP address, but when I try to use the Ubuntu Server's IPv6 address (from the /64 prefix I got from Cox) I get no response. ICMP also does no respond to any of the /64 addresses on my LAN (with the exception of my router itself).
I'm assuming this is a limitation of how IPv4 is implemented in my CPE?
