Tech installed 1 DVR host box and 3 client boxes this morning. The process is slow and quirky because they have not worked out the installation kinks yet but it eventually got done. He told me he had 6 more to install today and yesterday he was installing until 9:30 PM. My understanding it was introduced on March 1st with no advertising but simply word of mouth and customers are jumping on the band wagon. It is still confusing to understand how to accomplish the frequent usual tasks but it will come. The voice-activated remote works very well and the new screen displays with options is pretty cool. I think it will be a winner.
