For the past month or so I've been having periods of packet loss throughout the day, it'd only last like a couple minutes several times per day, but it's getting progressively worse. Today it was so horrendously bad that for a couple hours I pretty much couldn't do anything on the internet.

At the current moment the connection is relatively tame but every time I do a tracert (see below), without fail theres at least packet loss somewhere. It's really noticeable in games.. and I take a couple online classes too, I'm doomed if I'm having problems like this during tests.

Like I said my connection is relatively tame right now, but it's constantly gone from tolerable to completely unusable as shown in the ping and pingplotter results.
I've tried hooking up directly to the modem and it doesn't help. Other comps on the network have the same problems.
