A few months ago I replaced my old modem, upgraded to a SB6190.
However I notice on the Cox website when I login, it says my equipment is a SB6120. Would this been an issue?? I have noticed my throughput being a little worse compared to the old modem.
I tried calling the Support number but they really didn't have a clue. How can I make sure they are using the correct configuration on my new modem?
