I got Cox Ultimate internet installed on December 11, then I got my first bill for $110, due on December 29. I called to ask why I was billed for a full month, when by the 29th I would have had the service for less than three weeks. I was assured by two different reps that I was not being overcharged for anything, that the billing cycle is from the 11th to the 11th each month, and due on the 29th of each month: so next month, January 29, I will owe another $110. They kept telling me this like I was missing something very basic and simple. So...can someone explain to me how I am NOT having to pay too much THIS month, when I'm paying the full $110 on the 29th for a service that started on the 11th? What am I missing? ;)
