There is nothing wrong with my speedtests 62/7 26 ping to Cox servers but Youtube and twitch have been buffering in the first 10 seconds of the video. Once I get past that it's fine. I have to hit pause and play a few times to get Twitch to play. After the Dallas hop everything goes downhill. This only started 4 days ago.
