I paid to upgrade from preferred to premiere, so I should have gone from 50/5 to 100/10. I bought a SB6141 to bond enough channels but haven't seen a corresponding increase in throughput.
How long should I expect to have to wait to see the modem provisioned for the upgraded tier?
