I was browsing through the different forums, and I noticed Cox HSI is the only Cable ISP forum now. All the others have moved to Direct support. I am glad of this, but it has me curious why. Is this a considered choice on part of Cox? Or do they not want to invest the person power? I like the idea that not only can customers help other customers, but a customers can see other customer's problems. Allows for better trending and transparency. If nothing else, I just wanted to voice my opinion. Keep it open. Also thanks for the playground. :-)
