[CATV] Motorola SB6580 disconnects

Hi all, I keep getting this message, and soon my internet drops off and I am having restart cable modem, any help is much appreciated. Cox Cable - Tulsa, Critical (3) : Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out Using Motorola SB6580 and I am on Cox Premium subscription, multiple calls to Cox have gone without diagnosis.
