I recently went back to Cox Cable since I saw they now have the 300Mbps ultimate. I ordered the service, but I seem to only get up to 180Mbit down by 20ish up every time I do a speed test. I went on the chat and they said they would "refresh" my modem and I still get the same results. I tried a second support chat and they said they would schedule a technician to come take a look, but they never showed. I am using an SB6183 Modem and the signal looks fine. Also when I try and log in to my account on cox's web tools it says I do not have internet. Something is weird.
