Cox Premier Internet Service suggested modems and routers to make it work properly. I have spent more hours than I want to admit or think about chatting with Cox Technical support. After all of the time and frustration they finally came to the conclusion today that it is probably my modem. The very thing I said on the first or second call, I would like to point out). I was just wondering if you all know what type of modem and router. They have not said anything to me about my router I am just trying not to give them any reason to be able to charge me for something that they told me I would be of no cost to me. I have dealt with Cox in similar circumstances, where I have had to come up with money after being guaranteed by the Cox representative that there would be no charge to me.
