First time I've called in to get a promo - so right now I am paying full price for Premier.
They made me two offers - How good are these? I only have Internet from Cox currently, TV is via Dish (which I really like and don't want to leave)
Option 1: $10 monthly discount on internet service
Option 2: $170 for premier + contour + all TV channels including HBO/Showtime/Max. This would be about a $50/month savings for me compared to having them separate, but I'm really nervous about the equipment. I've never been impressed with the SA/Cisco boxes, and I really like the Hopper on dish.
Thoughts on these deals? Anyone had better luck on an internet only promo?
