Whenever I turn on my TV that's connected to a Mini Box via HDMI, the video image is there but it's all green and there is no audio. The fix is to change the TV to another input and then change it back. HDMI 1 & 2 behave the same way. It's a pain and now requires 2 remotes. Any suggestions?
