[AZ] T3 and T4 Errors?

So let me start of by saying I'm a field tech for cox (contractor, but one of the good ones who cares lol). I got ultimate internet back in January. I was having a bit of problems since the cable line going from the tap to my apartment was about 25 years old and had ingress so I ran myself a brand new line in late March. I never had a problem afterwards, speed tests showed me getting 195 mbps on wifi consistent everyday even though ultimate is for 150. On Thursday, I noticed my internet being exceptionally sluggish and speed tests fluctuating everywhere. I noticed a bunch of t3 and t4 errors. Now I'm not an expert on t3 and t4 errors so I called into cox tech line and the tech said I had around 5000 t3 errors. He reset the modem cleared the errors and my internet was fixed. However, a few hours ago (its 1 am saturday now), the t3 and t4 errors came back. I have a brand new drop that I ran myself but nonetheless I checked for ingress and replaced the fittings just to be sure and everything checked out. I ran a test on the line with my meter and showed no Pre or Post BER and MER was outstanding at above 40. Signal is good (RX between +2 and -2 on all 16 channels, TX 39-42, SNR 39-40). So line is good. I called cox tech support back and the guy was no help, said he couldn't even see any errors on his screen even though I was seeing one every 30 seconds on my modems diag page. My modem is an ARRIS SB6183 16 channel. pretty new got it 3 months ago. The only other thing I could think of is if water or erosion or the shielding is loose on the trunk amp or node on the plant or tap or if there is noise/ingress from the very old lines in my apt complex back feeding into the system. Unfortunately, I don't have the tools to see if thats true and I know that if a tech gets sent out here, he won't be able to figure that out either unless its a maintenance tech. I tried to test my theory by putting a data trap behind my modem blocking all frequencies except those few for data. I assumed that if there is ingress/noise entering the plant somehow, it would be on the lower frequencies which the trap would block entering my modem. My event log on my modem after I put the trap is now showing no t3/t4 errors compared to the one every 20 seconds it was before. What do you guys think?
