I saw the above picture in today's Tulsa World newspaper. I contacted their online support to try and upgrade, but it says it's unavailable in my area. Which is puzzling, because the advertisement makes it look like its already here.
Does anyone know when this service will be online in this area? Is it even legal for them to advertise stuff like that? It seems to me like bait and switch.
