I recently was involved in a connection stability issue here in Las Vegas that took a month to get resolved. I could sit here and write a 50 page essay of the details (I kept a logbook of the entire ordeal because I planned to file a BBB complaint and contact other "high powers"), but instead I'll summarize it and say it was due to incompetence on Cox's end - specifically an individual maintenance worker.
Now that it the issue has been resolved, I can share some of the knowledge wealth that I acquired. I have the secret "Customer Advocate" number, the name of the Field Maintenance Supervisor, the name and phone number of Field Service Manager, and the names and numbers of excellent Field Service Technicians.
To be fair to Cox I will not disclose this publicly, but I will to anyone that needs it privately. If you currently having issues getting a maintenance issue resolved with Cox, send me a PM.
