previously a 'preferred' customer. used the $5 speed upgrade for 6 months to move to 'premier'. wanting to try the 100/10 speeds.
put in my order over the weekend. gave it about an hour. rebooted the modem. still no speed change. waited a few nights. still no speed change. results on this test -- are about 30/5.
has anyone had success with online speed changes? is there a need to follow up to make sure the provisioning took place.
cpe will definitely handle more than 30/5. cisco 2821 attached to cisco dpc3010. currently bonding 8x4.
