[NV] Internet up and down in the last 24 to 48 hours NW Las Vegas

Just trying to verify if anyone else here is experiencing internet issues with their connection. It's been unstable for the last 24 - 48 hours and its taking my cox telephone service down with it. I've had no issues, up till now, since I replaced my cable modem with cox's cisco telephone / cable modem and my internet connection has been down about a dozen times in a 24 hour period. Don't know if the weather has been a factor. What I do know is it's not my tp-link archer c9 router that's the cause of this and all levels on this cisco tel / cable modem diagnostic page look like they are within parameters. Did a quick search and saw on another forum that others were also experiencing dropped connection issues as well. Wanted to verify from others on here before I contact cox and try to get to the bottom of it.
