[CA] Modem just stops. No errors in logs. Signals are great. ????

Here are the pertinent logs - http://pastebin.com/BuDJM4z4 I'm zipping along at 150mbit (or so), everything hums along just fine, and then the modem stops working. Modem lights stay on, and my Airport Extreme still has it's green light indicating all is well with the Internet connection, but no data is passed. Naturally, everything drops offline due to the lack of data moving out of my network. I called it in and have a visit scheduled for Monday, but I am completely baffled what the issue *could* be at this point. -The modem (SB6141) is just over a year old. -The modem is connected to the main feed coming into the house. No splitters. I don't have TV service. -Downstream signal is 8+dB, SNR 37dB+ on all channels. -Upstream is 41dBmV on all channels. - Error rates (according to Level 2) are well within normal values. - Zero log entries are indicating that anything fails. See above. This problem has occurred a few times over the past few months. Maybe 1-2 times per month, and then 4 times today all of a sudden. What do you think? Is my modem just screwing the pooch?
