Spoke with tech support trying to figure out why my internet suddenly slowed to a crawl around 7 PM tonight connected through the router and directly to the modem. Tech support couldn't figure out what the cause of my problems were and weirdly enough, they also said that they couldn't see my modem in their system either.
I'm using:
Motorola SB 6120 on Firmware SB612X-1.0.5.1-SCM00-NOSH
D-Link DIR-655 Wireless Router
