Happy New Year All:
I just purchased a new Cisco Model DPC3010 to upgrade from my antiquated DS 2.0.
I have found the "Register new modem" page for COX, and am ready to make the switch. I read somewhere that upgrading from DS 2.0 to DS 3.0 requires an extra step through Cox.
Can someone please let me know what process I must follow to complete the upgrade after the webpage registration?
