In located in Orange Country CA with a Moto 6120 on the Preferred plan, wired PC connection.
Ever since the upgrade in speed Cox rolled out last month my connection has been very bad in regards to random slow page loads, hanging page loads, speed tests, lost ping packets.. It varies as when this happens but it happens throughout the day. Here are a few SS if they help at all! I'm not sure if these would show the issue as it comes and goes everyday throughout the day since the upgrade. I've reset modem and tried on different PC's.
