Good bye Cox...hello Google Fiber!!!

Once Google Fiber is up and running...ima outta here. I'm way over Cox's lack of actual support when issues are brought up. Then to not admit fault when they are called out with proof with throttling of Netflix. Hence that they were dropped a grade level by Netflix. I submitted a ticket to get a routing issue corrected a week ago and the routing issues continue. And calling in to speak to a live agent...lmao. I'd almost rather deal with the IVR at this point. end rant! Oh yeah...and to the dipshit in tier 2 that said 200ms ping is considered "OK" till someone would say there "might" be a issue. j/s
