Over the past two months I've been getting intermittent connection losses and constant T3/T4 errors. During these periods, I have little to no upload, which kills my connection. I'm on the ultimate package and during these periods, my upload crawls to under 1 Mbps. It's so bad right now I can't even attach screenshots to this post.
I've had 4 techs come out and all say there is nothing wrong with my signal or any of the connections, yet the problem persists. The last tech that came out suggested that my modem was at fault, so I switched from the Zoom 5341J to a Motorola SB6141, but that has not solved anything.
I seem to get the dropouts / T3 errors at night generally after 9 PM. Sometimes rebooting the modem solves the connectivity, sometimes I need to call in and have tech support remove the modem from my account and reprovision it to my account in order to get back online and sometimes it just resolves itself overnight.
Since none of the techs that have been sent out have been able to help me I was hoping someone here (CoxVegas/CoxTech1?) would be able to help, because I work from home and this is absolutely killing my productivity.
