Tucson, Arizona. I have called twice now, and supposedly both times work orders were issued, yet nothing has been done. The pedestal across the street from me has been sitting with the cover removed for over a week now. How hard is it to send a truck out for a 60 second fix? The cover is there. It was left standing next to the pedestal. It just needs to be re-installed.
