I keep e-mailing cox support to no avail.
I have Cox Premier and should be getting 100mbps down, instead I regularly hover around 53Mbps (according to their speed test under my account->internet tools). Why am I paying so much for subpar performance?
Typically in the evening after 8 PM, everything slows down to a crawl and my modem (DCI3825) becomes non-responsive until I restart it. Anybody have any ideas?
