My cable modem DS light recently turned solid amber and notice slow speeds. I called cox and a tech said my modem won't bound channels after he rebooted my modem a couple times. He told me it could be my cable or modem. I have no cable splitters. I tested new coax cable and still the same problem. So now i'm planning to order a new cable modem. Any idea what's causing this type of problem?
