My CG3000D-RG seemed to work fine for the first month or so that I had service, but now it seems to have issues every few days or so now. The symptom is that when I turn on a Wifi device, it doesn't seem to ever get an IP. If I have a device that has been on, it works fine. However, disabling Wifi and turning it back on cause the device to wind up without an IP. I have not tried any hardwired devices to determine if it is a Wifi only issue or if the entire DHCP server is just crapping out.
Does anyone know if there have been any changes to the firmware lately (currently, i am running V5.5.7_CPR19c)? I thought that I was running 5.5.4 the previous time I checked, but I could be wrong. I may wind up being forced into getting a separate modem and router, but I figured for $35 it was worth a shot to reduce clutter.
