I have been having trouble setting up internet service for about a week now. I previously had business internet service in order to have a static ip, but do not need it anymore so I am trying to switch back to residential. The current issue I'm having is that my address is now showing up as not serviceable because it is a business address. Every time I call to check on it I get told a different time frame on when it would be fixed. I was wondering if there was a specific department or something I could ask for to try to get it fixed over the phone rather than waiting for it to be fixed?
