Greetings -
I haven't been on the forums in a while, but was wondering if someone could help.
I have a friend who is being disconnected every day. She calls Cox, they reset everything, tell her to buy a new router and the cycle continues.
Can you look at the modem info below and ID whether this looks correct?
I don't think the router or modem is bad. She has low latency and a good connect, but everything goes bad in the night.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
