talking about how all cox traffic had to go through los angeles, atlanta, etc because cox hadn't turned on their peering port on the Phoenix TIE exchange. Anyways, it looks like theyre finally peering somewhere in phoenix....Not sure where exactly as the peering db still doesnt show anything but here is a traceroute....Direct connection to level3 in phoenix...
