FWIW I am having sync problems with our IMAP email service. The Outlook 2010 client can not access the server at all on my wife's Win 7 desktop. The same with the native email clients on my iPad 4, iPhone 5s and my wife's iPhone 4 via either WiFi or the AT&T cellular service.
Webmail on the clients also fail either with a "Opps...we can't find that page" error message or a blank page if I can login.
Cox chat support tells me others are seeing similar issues and apparently the issue is being escalated...
