This has been going on all day - here's the results of my line quality test from the site here:

Is there anyone from the Cox NOC online here who could potentially look at this? The phone support people don't seem to understand what's going on. I've called twice. They reset the modem the first time but the issue came right back. The second person I spoke to seemed to be dead set on the idea that my router is the problem - there's just no way that's true, I can get to my router control panel and use all the pages and tools there perfectly fast on any of my devices but webpages time out or take forever before they actually load. I know my router extremely well (Asus RT-N56U) and it's working fine.
