Hi, I have COX with the essential option (5/1) and in all speed tests + web downloads i get the speed i'm supposed to have.
But from FTP servers i'm somehow capped at ~40kb/s per thread, so with 5 threads i get around 200kb/s. The FTP Servers i tested are also running at different ports (5 Digit range, not port 21).
Anyone an idea what that is?
