Everything going fine with my Cox Preferred Tier account for over a year, until tonight when getting what feel like tons of latency spikes and dropped connections to battle.net, web pages including Facebook, Newegg, etc. loading slowly.
test.lvcm.net reports 3.22Mbps up / 27.5 Mbps down on extended length test with some really tall spikes in the graph on both the upload and download plots
Tried circumventing my router with no change.
Modem is Motorola Surfboard SB6121
